Log a payment in seconds
Customers pay you by bank transfer to the details on the invoice. Record the amount, the method and the date it arrived, with an optional reference.
Proof of payment, by email
Tick Email a receipt to the customer when you record a payment. A PDF receipt goes out, and the invoice balance updates straight away.
See who is late and by how much
Each customer has a Credit control tab with aged debt, shaded red when it is old, and a payment behaviour score based on how late they usually pay.
From invoice to paid
Add them once in Settings, under Company Profile. They print on every invoice.
Email the invoice. Your customer pays by bank transfer to the details on it.
Record the payment against the invoice, and email a receipt if you want to.
